Subscribe + Save

How much is the Subscribe + Save discount?

15% on Regimens + Bundles and 10% on single products.

Are all products eligible for Subscribe + Save?

No, seasonal and limited edition collection products are not eligible. All core products are eligible for Subscribe + Save. 

How often will my products ship?

You can choose  if you’d like your products to come every 2, 3, or 4 months.

Can I skip or change my subscription?

Yes, you can adjust your subscriptions through your account. Click here to go to your account.

Ordering

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@CLNandDRTY.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at hello@CLNandDRTY.com. We can not guarantee that we can cancel an order, especially if it has begun processing, but we will try our best.

Should the item(s) not working out, we encourage you to check out our return policy.

What do I do if my product melts?

If your favorite CLN&DRTY moisturizer has suddenly turned from solid to liquid, please don’t worry, it’s all good.

First, to explain why: since our products are naturally formulated, some of them lack traditional emulsifiers and instead feature skin loving oils like shea butter, cocoa butter and coconut oil which tend to melt in high heats or in direct sunlight.

As long as your product is still in tact in the container, we have an easy solution for you.

First, tightly close the container. Then, give it a gentle swirl. Lastly, place it in your fridge for a few hours. Your product should be good as new.

To keep your CLN&DRTY product’s consistency the way it should be, we recommend keeping it in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. (In summer or hot weather months, your fridge is a great bet!)

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

What is the shipping policy?

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We utilize USPS for all shipments and are not responsible for the shipping timeline once the package is accepted by USPS. Please contact your local post office for lost shipments prior to contacting our customer service at hello@CLNandDRTY.com.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping in the United States on orders over $65, before taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping. Your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. The customer is responsible for any additional charges such as tariffs, import duties or additional taxes. These may be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.
